Preparation: From Frozen: Place fresh cakes in a pan on medium low heat with a little oil to coat. Slowly cook on each side until defrosted and crispy golden colour. Should take about 8-10 minutes on each side **remember not to turn up heat too high as this may burn the cakes!
From Defrosted: Follow the same instructions as above but you can cook them on a medium heat until crispy on each side. Should take 4 minutes per side
** can also baked in the oven from frozen at 350F. Use a little oil on bottom of the pan and flip after the first 12 minutes of cooking. Then cook on other side for an additional 6-8 minutes or until warmed through and are a little crispy on the outside
