Le Petit Normand is a camembert-style cheese. After a few weeks of ripening, it develops a beautiful white rind with a mushroomy aroma and offers a mild flavour and creamy texture. Left to ripen further, the taste is more pronounced and leaves an agreeable aftertaste.
