Ingredients: Flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt. Olive oil is brushed onto the dough to prevent it from sticking to the packaging.
Each 450g dough will make oneÃÂÃÂ 15" pizza or a thicker 12" pizza. Frozen dough is good in the freezer for up to a few months.
Preparation : Dough can be defrosted in under an hour on the counter or throughout the day in the fridge. Cook dough at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes or for slightly longer at 400 degrees.
